Breaking Dawn Confirmed Director Frontrunner!

Coz there's always reason to post this pic

Gossip Cop have confirmed that Bill Condon is at the top of Summit's director list for Breaking Dawn, who is well know for that movie that you saw that time on the plane and the film which had that guy in it once.

Lol, no seriously Kinsey looked really good and DreamGirls did really well... the less said about Sister, Sister the better!

  1. Before I say anything about Bill Condon, that has to be the most precious picture of Daddy Edward ever! *everyone together, Awwwwwww*

Okay, Bill Condon did DreamGirls and Men and Monsters, or somthing like that. Both Oscar winners. He's a well respected director and I'm curious as to why Summit wants him specifically. I reserve judgment because I'm an idiot when it comes to directors.

  2. I've seen Dreamgirls. If the Denali clan comes in singing, I'm walking out.

  3. I don't know about this...I figured they would get someone who's directed more sci-fi like films? granted, I've never seen Kinsey or DreamGirls, but I know enough about them and I think they were acclaimed because of the acting, not because of special effects, etc. I don't know how I feel about this...

  4. I'm really disappointed if it is him. I loved Dreamgirls but WTF? I was hoping it would be someone who can salvage the "no battle - battle" scene. Maybe Chris would come back? :(

  5. To tell you the truth, I knew almost nothing of Katherine, Chris, or David before either. So if Summit wants him and think he's right for the job, then we'll just have to wait and see. I would've really liked someone like James Cameron. He knows special effects, action, and romance like no one else. Jack and Rose people? Yeah, epic stuff like that. I know, I know. He'd be impossible to ever get. But a girl can dream right?

  6. it sounds like a huge step down, especially from David and Chris. i didn't know anything about catherine and didn't really enjoy her directing anyway. hope it's a good choice.
