Rob Moves Out.

According to People.com, Robert Pattinson has moved out of the home he and Kristen Stewart shared after the news of her infidelity hit earlier this week.  Says People,

"Following Kristen Stewart's public apology for having a fling with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders, the 26-year-old actor has left the Los Angeles home he shared with Stewart, PEOPLE has confirmed.

In seclusion and not in contact with Stewart, 22, the British star 'is heartbroken and angry,' says the source."

Further update: Kristen and Rupert CONFIRM the rumours and issue the following official statements via People:
Kristen: "I'm deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I've caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry,"
Rupert: "I am utterly distraught about the pain I have caused my family, my beautiful wife and heavenly children are all I have in this world. I love them with all my heart. I am praying that we can get through this together."
Suddenly, their secret dinner date whilst on promo in Germany isn't so innocent!

So I woke up this morning to a whole mess of activity O_o

It seems that US Weekly have broken news of Kristen "having an affair" with Snow White and the Huntsman director, Rupert Sanders...

Even though they have since removed the post from their website, the story link remains on their home page and will reportedly be followed by published photos of Kristen and Rupert making out!

So far the magazine only has a questionable picture on their cover (see above) which could easily be filed under "Photoshopped BS" or "it's not what it looks like".

However, GossipCop - who are known for being a very reliable source - have said:
Something did happen between Stewart and Sanders, although a source close to the actress tells us, “It’s not a relationship.”
“She made a mistake. She feels awful,” we’re told, but our source stresses, “She’s not with him.”
Additionally, the director's wife, Liberty Ross - who actually played Snow White's mother in the movie - has since deleted her Twitter and Instagram account but not before posting this:

...woah.

I'm not going to speculate on Kristen's past but... what do you think, would she really cheat on Rob???

New! Robert Pattinson in Blackbook Magazine

Let me do you a favor, ladies.  Before you go any further on this post, strap on a helmet or surround yourself with pillows.  At least sit on the floor.  Because you are about to keel over.

Say it ain't so! Rob wears a wig in BD2

Oh no. Oh, oh no. Robert Pattinson has revealed to People Magazine that he wore a wig for Breaking Dawn Part 2 reshoots.

It gets worse.

Says Rob, “We had to do the reshoots on [Breaking Dawn] a few weeks ago, and it was the first time I had to wear a wig. I couldn’t believe my last two days on ‘Twilight’, they put this orange wig on my hair."

ORANGE.

If you'd like to join me, I will be having a mental breakdown in 3... 2... 1...

FULL Breaking Dawn Panel Video!

Here it is!!!

Watching Rob and Kristen clap for Stephenie warms my heart to the core.

So... that's it.  The last Twilight Comic-Con panel.  Pass the tissues.

Doing this all again (in fifteen years)?

My favorite adorkable MTV interviewer, Josh Horowitz, took on Stephenie Meyer to discuss how Breaking Dawn: Part 2 compares to her vision, and "rebooting" the Twilight Saga movies.

Awesome! So in about fifteen years, we'll have another Twilight... another young actor cast as Edward... and we will all be that much older than him. Sigh.

Taylor and Kristen Clevver TV interviews from Comic-Con

Clevver TV interviewed Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart at Comic-Con.  Taylor discusses the "new" Jacob, how he liked playing that role, and how he feels about being involved in the Twilight Saga films.

Kristen talks about how Bella's perspective changes in Breaking Dawn: Part Two, how it feels to end the Saga, and how she and Bella have grown over the years as the Saga was filmed.

Rob at Comic-Con

Whew!  So much Twi-news to share.  Strap in, yall, and let's start off on the right foot: Rob's official pictures.

I love that he still has Edward hair.
Please, please never get rid of the Edward hair.

If Rob joined a dating site,
I'm pretty sure this is the face he'd make in his profile picture.

What's that?  You also like poetry and long walks on the beach?

Well, golly.  We should go out on a second date...

...at my place.

See the rest over at Robsessed.

Memorial for Gisela

In the wake of Tuesday's tragic news from Comic Con, one ray of light shines: this community.

Within hours of Gisela (@mad4hugh)'s passing, a memorial had been created and donations began pouring in for her funeral expenses.  As of this posting, $6,824 has been raised - an incredible amount in just over two days.  Thank you to the incredibly sweet @theswandive for putting together this memorial.

To visit Gisela's memorial page, where you can make a donation and/or leave messages, go here.

This is a beautiful, loving community and I am so honored, now and always, to be a part of it.

UPDATE: The memorial fund will be closed tomorrow morning so that the funds can be transferred to Gisela's family.  If you would like to donate, please do so tonight or early tomorrow morning.

Tragedy at SDCC - Twilight fan dies whilst waiting to see Rob...

Update...

Official release from Summit regarding this sad news:
Lionsgate, Summit and the entire Twilight community are saddened by the death of a Comic-Con fan today due to a traffic accident during the hours leading up to this year’s convention in San Diego. Our thoughts and condolences go out to the victim’s family and friends. She will be respectfully remembered this Thursday in Hall H.
***

Sadly, a fellow Twilight fan and follower of our humble blog was hit by a car and pronounced dead at arrival in hospital, in San Diego today.

Gisela G, aka @Mad4Hugh had travelled to San Diego from upper New York City for the Breaking Dawn Part 2 panel at Comic Con in hopes of seeing Rob Pattinson.

Reports are still confused and conflicted - it seems Gisela had been camping with her friends, saw the line was moving so raced back to join but tripped on the curb and fell into traffic.

Fans are honouring her in their own ways such as leaving a seat empty during the panel, holding a minute silence at 8pm EST tonight and contributing to her funeral fund at Give Forward.

Our thoughts and sympathy are with her family and friends at this time - rest in peace.

Twilight and the Quileutes

Today I read a really interesting article about the Quileutes in La Push.  I've been to La Push twice, during trips to Forks in 2010 and 2011 (thanks Twitarded!).  It is clearly not a rich community, and it doesn't look like much has changed there in a long time.  A few pictures I snapped of the buildings in La Push:

Community Center

Old school

Tribal Center

One of the only newer buildings - the new school
Anyway, Crosscut.com just ran an article about the Quileutes that I found interesting, and pretty accurate based on my experiences there.

Five Quileute boys emerge from a phalanx of drummers. Barefoot and bare-chested, they wear black cloaks and wolf headdresses, and dance, crouch and crawl within the center of a large circle. On the outskirts, women and girls move rhythmically to a chant and steady drumbeat, several of them sporting red and black capes emblazoned with orca or elk, thunderbird or hummingbird. Every generation is represented, from drumming elders to mothers teaching toddlers to follow their footwork.

No souvenir photos of this dance are allowed, only the chance to witness the traditional steps and songs that evoke the tribe's spiritual kinship with wolves, whom K'wati the Transformer turned into the first Quileute people.

The Wolf Dance is at the core of the tribe's identity, and marks the climax of a weekly drum and healing circle, held in the fishing village of La Push, Wash., a few modest homes and buildings strung along a road that winds down to the ocean. This free event, a combination of religious ceremony, public exhibition, cultural exchange and communal catharsis, is remarkable not only for its community spirit but also for its openness to outsiders.

Read the full story here.  Thoughts?  Anyone else fall in love with La Push the second you set foot there?  (It's La Push, baby.)
